Sleeps 40! 13BR•Heated Pool•Waterfront Resort•Spa

This is NOT a luxury stay. The basement was comment floors and cinder block walls. The indoor water smelled like sulphur until the maintenance crew came the second day. The A/C in 3rd floor stopped working for a day until repair man came and fixed that as well as flashing lights that came on all night in 2 of the rooms. The washer BLEACHED entire loads of clothing… and the pool was cloudy, green and hot. The oven had no labels on the knobs so cooking was a difficult, the sink had a leak, and multiple drawers, doors and cabinets were sticking or broken. They communicated that they were sorry about all of it but have yet to reimburse us for the hassle and the damaged clothing. Beware of this rental!!!

I stayed here with extended family. The property was on a dirt road outside of a community which was fine. Once we entered it was clear that the photos were heavily edited. The sheets and towels were stained and not all appeared to have been washed. We spent our first day doing laundry and cleaning the refrigerators. The water had a strong sulphur smell that was so bad, we brushed our teeth with bottled water. The bunk room looked like a detention center and other rooms were unusable as well. They remove reviews from their site. No way this place has a 10 rating. Not luxury at all. It could be, but it’s not. The pool is really nice, but that is about it. I rented the beach kit that was never found and they did not refund my money. I only received vague responses and then no response at all.

Place looked amazing in person and there was so much to do while at our stay. Very clean and had little to no problems. Host was very nice to us.

We had a great time with a large group. The backyard was beautiful and the communication was very quick!

We are 5 couples, long-time friends, who enjoy gathering and enjoying each others company. We found this private resort after our 5 bedroom VRBO on Indian Rocks Beach sustained hurricane damage. The resort facility offered such terrific amenities, we were happy to make the discovery and change. We sure enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool and there were many other amenities we that made the stay enjoyable. Although there are multiple kitchens, as a small group (for this facility) we used just the main one and it was well supplied. We enjoyed both large and small gathering areas for large or private conversations. The grounds offer so many areas for playing, walking, visiting and even kayaking. The multiple room configurations made this a perfect place for our small group, but we all discussed how fun it would be to hold a family reunion or wedding event here. I'm sure we will be back! p.s. Communications with the facility manager were seamless and efficient when we had to contact him about a few questions.
