Waterfront Heated Pool, Sleeps 20 - 4plex

Reasonable sized property. Check the neighborhood on Google Maps BEFORE you book so you know where you are staying. Also, the owner attempts to try to charge for everything including 252 for 2 hour window of early or late check in / out. nothing provided with the property (i.e. a cooler for the beach etc.) unless you pay for it and then they would deliver it. It's a money making arrangement on a property located in a neighborhood that doesn't match with the property pictures.

Location is good for ST Pete, Clearwater, and Tampa activities. Backyard is a highlight

Our group of 15 (family & friends) had an amazing week at this property. The house was large enough everyone had their own spaces for privacy but the huge kitchen, dining, living space upstairs was perfect for gathering. The home provided everything we needed. It was missing a blender, so we got one and left it for the next guests. The views of the lake were incredible. We saw 2 gators from afar. We had the pool heated, which was perfect for the February weather. Our host was phenomenal. We had quick and friendly assistance at any time needed. We highly recommend this property.

Came with family to spend Christmas weekend. It was close to the beach and the gardens which are the main attractions in Largo. The house is big but also private enough. Bed were a bit uncomfortable but everything else was good
