Great property with tons of features. Pool, tvs, media room - all great. We only had 7 people so the two showers weren't an issue, but if you have a large party, take note. The location is a little drive to most things, but having a house of this size is worth the travel.

When you open the door you can tell by the smell the home is pet friendly.The carpet has not been vacuumed and quite frankly should be removed, there are so many many stains. the grass around the play area is unkept, the fact that the pool was not cleaned prior to arrival was unsettling. The water hose is in the walkway and is a trip hazard and sloppy. The net above the pool as well as the screen to the playground area is damaged allowing insects (mosquitoes) in.There is no pool net available to clean out the pool from things being able to fall in due to the damaged ceiling screens. There were only two trash bags. There were no directions for the 5 different remotes for the theater. The Roku box was not visible, if we did not not what to look for we would not have been able to use it. There were no WiFi directions. The outdoor tv wires are exposed. My husband injured his toe because there is plywood under the pool table. The city trash bins are overflowing with trash that we did not put in them and there are loads of maggots. The beach chairs were filled with dirt and rust.The living room AC vent is filled with dust and visible water stains. The dryer vent is not connected to the outside it send the lint back inside the house.The fan in the living room is missing a bulb and shade and covered in cobwebs For the amount that was paid for this stay it does not reflect the quality AT ALL. THIS UNIT WAS CLEARLY NOT READY FOR OUR ARRIVAL. I was embarrassed for choosing this property

This a great place to stay! The entire floor plan was very functional. We had 10 people and we were all able to spread out nicely. The only issue we had was that there were cigarette butts all under the smoking trash post, One of the bed’s comforters wasn’t cleaning there was another bed in the room, so it was fine. Also, there wasn’t a blender… Location was great, the corner store was about 2 blocks away so the teenagers really liked going there. Parking was easy to fit a two car trailer and 2 other vehicles and the street parking was ideal because we weren’t blocking any driveways. They really made sure to have ample lighting in each bedroom and the kitchen area. We enjoyed our time here!

We chose this home because of the size, pool, location, and theater room. Our family arrived the week after Hurricane Milton, so we called a few days before to ensure everything was in order. We were told someone had checked on the property, and everything was as it should be. We paid extra for early check-in but waited outside with our 2-year-old for 20-30 minutes since the code did not work. Once in, we found that the pool was not cleaned as they had said. There were shingles and a lot of debris in it. They sent someone over to clean it, but it was so dirty that they had to shock the pool, which meant we could not use it for 24 hours. We also found that the trash cans in the kitchen were full from the previous guests. WiFi was not working, which could have resulted from the storm, but that meant the theater room was unavailable. They told us they would get us a mobile router but never followed through, so we only had wi-fi for one night of our stay. As a result of these issues, the owner/manager agreed over a phone conversation to reimburse us $200 for the inconvenience. However, over a week since we left, we still have not received the refund they agreed to. I have reached out via email, text, and phone, but I am now being "ghosted." I have never given a review under 5 stars, and I did not want to do it for this property, but they left me little choice. I would caution anyone considering this home. If you have any issues, you may find that follow-through is lacking.

Great place for me and my friends to stay for the weekend. Very clean and great hosts. The house was amazing. Our favorites parts of the house was the pool and movie theater. Highly recommend staying.
