Property was beautiful. One glitch lockbox hard to open. Management team was awesome helped resolve issues which weren’t many quickly. A great place for family to unwind and relax after memorial service

Fun House! Perfect for all ages. However, not really near the beach or in a particularly walkable part of town but nice if you have a car and want to be in that area anyway.

Would not recommend staying here. This company will charge you for things that are already broken even if you tell them at check in. Code didn’t work to get in the house, yard hadn’t been mowed in weeks among other things. I wouldn’t mess with the hassle as I am still trying to get my money back for something that was already broken. Would not recommend!!!

From start to finish this process was seamless. The property was identical to the pictures. When we arrived, the entire group was pleasantly surprised. The house was just what we needed for our stay and so much more. The host was very professional and answered all our questions ASAP. The kids enjoyed the game room and theater and the pool was very relaxing. We made soooooo many memories and TikTok videos in the stairs. We indeed had more than enough space. We will definitely be booking you guys again when we come to Tampa. Leaving this morning was so hard for all of us!! Thanks again. Be blessed.

There were 14 of us ranging from 63 to 2 years old. Everyone enjoyed the stay and we spent several days just staying at the home. I would recommend this property to anyone who has a large group.
